To just derail the discussion, a zombie for me is someone who gets subbed out after not voting for three days in a single big game, and having himself/herself subbed out for any reason in at least two games regardless of it being big or lite over the time span of the past five big games; which covers roughly a two to three month period. Yes, quite strict and nearly nobody falls under this category, and that means that behind and in front of scene activity should be factored in, which means that active PMers in Big games should notify the GM if somebody is just being "sneaky" before they flag someone for inactivity.

In a big game a zombie for me is someone who is subbed out/autolynched because he fails to vote (normally 3 times during a game). A zombie is not someone who subs out in an orderly fashion.

I think the zombie spotting thead should just list people that has been spotted as zombies during a game like this:

Zombie888 - Big game, XXXIII - January 2010
Zombie99 - Lite game XXIV - Februaray 2010
Zombie-h - Lite game XXIII - January 2010
Zombie-h - Lite game XXIIV - February 2010

Spottings older than 6 months should be deleted to keep the list "fresh".

Zombies could also be allowed to defend themselves and be taken of the list if their explanaition makes sense. I think we can let The Keeper Of The List, OY, judge if "The dog ate my WW vote" or whatever reason they present is good enough or not.

It would then be up to any GM to check the zombie spotting list and take whatever action he thinks is suitable for his game. For instance one GM might in the sign-up post say only people with one or less zombie sightings will be allowed to sign up while a another GM might simply ignore the zombie list all together.

and yes, What about Zombiekar, Zombiedor, jerzombie, zombieosy, zombieneer or Zombieski? Should we call someone Zombieman or Yakzombie; or syber_zombie or zombie_sid? The special case of Zombiei?
