I recently worked with 7 year olds at a summer camp. I soon realized that they didn't remember the 2007 World Series, let alone 2004.
When it was 2004, I was 4 years old and started yelling at my dad to stop screaming (it was when the Red Sox won the series, breaking the Curse of the Bambino). Ah, youth.
And I was born in 92; so it is still bad not remembering anything from before you were 5.

Wish I could find that copypasta...basically, no-one my age or younger is a 90's kid. It's about when your formative years were, not when you were born. I am very fucking serious today, I don't know why.

My first real football memory was the 2002 World Cup.
My first football experience was when I was 3 and I was at the stadium; sadly my team lost the game and thereby the championship to the opposing team.
