Sorcerers usually don't scan for wolves. I am thinking that this is an indication cultists start unattached. Why else would they be able to scan for wolves?

Sorry, I was ambiguous due to my lazy writing, I just meant cultists are like normal sorcs in that they scan, not particularly who they scan for. This, my non-English Majoring friends, is why we must always endeavor to write in such a way that it presents minimal ambiguity.

Exactly what a sorc can detect seems to vary a lot, as I believe I've seen variations that can't detect seers, and that can detect wolves.

But I agree, that's been my reasoning too.

Still, I wouldn't put it past EURO to have an asymmetric setup with an already affiliated cultist or something.
