So which of you elves are behind the most useless menu I have seen in a long time---"how to close a browser"; must be an elf due to how it was placed prominently on a bureaucracy webpage. (Or perhaps the bureaucracy just wanted you to close the page instead of spending time trying to contact it.)

The colors changed when I opened my sig for editing, so I ended up deleting most of it. I wanted to get at least the malfunctioning elements out before looking into the color issue.
You should have asked for help then. It used to be much better with all those stars.
