What was your reasoning on lynching Joeb and not Walrus?

Oh I see, same as me. You preferred Walrus being lynched to Joeb but like me you could only guarantee Joeb got lynched.

Again, BoXeR is my rival, a spiritually attuned villager (unless he lied to me about that).

If anyone wants to know why I voted me in the snipe:
I was preparing (copy paste vote) for a +1 joeb tie. I could break that by switching to joeb, but what if one of joeb's voters did likewise? So vote for a third party, and hope no one else has the same idea. That way any number of people can swap between joeb and walrus, and as long as an odd number vote for third party, we're good. Why me? Well if that many vote snipers have targeted me, I've got it coming anyway.
To be honest, I wasn't expecting anyone to crack though. There was so little to gain, unless they knew one was a seer, or if they thought they could talk their way out.

Ah. Now I comprehend more fully what Najs said. Although I thought with rivals being a trait there were possibly wolf-villager rivals. Though I suppose the wolf would just hunt his rival day 1.
I don't think anybody foresaw that one player would try to preclude a tie, another would retaliate without thinking, and that the presumed snipe would never happen because the sniper had the wrong deadline.
There would at least be the possibility, which would be extremely boring for the non-wolf rival.
Could make it spicier by giving the villager rival a hunter trait too. After a few of those wolf rivals might start trying to vote off the villagers rather than hunt them, no?
My counter snipe would have worked anyway, as long as no new voter (like Edzako a minute later) voted Walrus, and as long as no one unvoted joeb for a third party. Thems the breaks.
@Kingepyon: I'm not sure whether "if you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you could possibly imagine" or "strike me down with all of your hatred and your journey towards the dark side will be complete" is more appropriate
But please, build and elaborate a case why you should go for me. I'd like to see who supports it
I think you mean round 3 for the third one in that list there, you might want to fix that.

Well, if the players weren't known to be good on ladder they'd all think they were Copper-level noobs. That's all one could say when they saw BoxeR speaking with another player before he played his Ro24 match. Everyone thought he was trying to fix matches and earn money through illegal betting, but all he was doing was talking to an embedded StarLeague official who was going to be playing along in the classic HoI 2: Arma 1.3 scenario. And what did happen was that as Poland, the Soviets and Germany blitzkrieged him, then the Germans asked everyone to declare on Switzerland. And well, what can one do. Players are panicky idiots at times.
Also, KiWiKaKi announced his withdrawal from competition, citing a bugged account he could not log into resulting in his inability to access his Crusader Kings genealogy.

Well that was a productive round, good job everyone. No time even for last words that I may or may not have used, but can't say whether I would have needed them because that would be information. Am I messing with their heads right without saying anything?
