Like I said, before reroll TJDS and I were pathological liar wolves in same pack so at least there was a attempt of having wolves in the game. I'd assume there are wolves around after reroll, too, in this sea of pathological liars.

What happens if we all claim to be a thief and rob Falc at the same time? Does only one person get it randomly or do we all become wolves?
If we all become wolves, we should all claim Theif and rob him. Then we end up with a 10 or so player pack in this game, the Real wolves would have no option but to surrender at that point.

I would assume that only one could do the robbing. If there's more than one doing the same action, either random selection or first order in gets the first dibs. Not that I'd mind if the game ended sooner...
Looking at it closer, reading the Theif rule I expect it to go like this.
So, we get this.
First player, get wolf and Falc becomes a traitless Cultist.
Second player get a Cultist and Falc becomes a Cultist again.
Third player get Cultist and Falc becomes a Cultist again.
And so on.
So not a dozen wolves, but a wolf with a dozen cultists. Our power would be overwheming!

Falc, how often do you hunt? That should tell us how many other packs there are, assuming there are at least some.
