But you see, people who are more active are, in my experience, actually more likely to become suspects. There is more information readily available about those people. Which do you feel more comfortable making a judgement call on right now, as to villager or baddie: Cymsdale, or Son of Liberty?

OTOH, being active seems to have gotten me in hot water with a few villagers. Most of my "jumping around" was in trying to maintain a tie. Ties give us information. If I were a wolf, I would be laying low like the real wolves likely

Pretty much. It does however start to lay the groundwork for real lynches later. But I think it's rare you can make any kind of decent case on someone on the first day.
I was thinking about this. Since they don't play a ton these days, and might only have joined because they were nagged, it might mean that we shouldn't expect them to put too much time into the game.
Not to mention the fact that I have always been a pretty much lurking player back in the day with my only wins being on the coattails of players who actually knew what the hell they were doing

Yes, I made an effort. Village decided to vote someone at random instead because ??? that's why.
I wouldn't mind voting these players, but at the same time given it's day 1 I think we shouldn't necessarily see it as too bad, provided they become a bit more involved in a couple of days or so.
