And remember to have the time when hosting bigs. Lites doesn't take much time to host; actually I would say they take less time to host than playing lites. Bigs on the other hand...

You misunderstood my point, I am just saying people won't learn how to host if they don't actually do it. Of course, they can learn from the mistakes of others host and they should know the basics of the game.
