What show are you talking about? Monty Python's sketch about Hilter in North Minehead?
That is funny, but not what I referred to. I was reffering to episode 11 of
Matador, which takes place in 1936 ,where colonel Hackel, upon hearing that the man he just met is a political refugee from Germany, asks: Why are you enemy with mr. Hitler? The colonel really is a special character and likely would have bought Hillah's statement of not being a NAZI.
It is a Danish TV series which ran for 4 seasons ~35 years ago; there is 24 episodes in total. It is something from an age gone by and likely wouldn't have been made---at least not in the same way---if Denmark hadn't had a TV monopoly at the time---the national TV company was sure that people watched what they aired, so ratings didn't really play a role in deciding what to air/produce, since even if people disliked it they would still watch it. And it surely wouldn't be able to be made today.
I don't think there are two episodes from this show that are of the same length, since what decided the length was how much material there was (the show portrais a provincial Danish town between 1929 and 1947) and the difference in length between the shortest (~50 minutes) and the longest episode (~90 minutes) is around 40 minutes---most episodes are 60--70 minutes long. There is also really cared for the details and all the best actors were recruited for the show.
It is possible to get with English subtitles, so if you have some time it is highly recommendable to watch, although you probably wouldn't be able to catch all referrences.
If people are interested I can post the clip where pig seller Oluf Larsen is arrested, because some German soldiers discover the picture of Hitler the pig seller has nailed to the underside of his privy lid.
There originally also was a picture of Mussolini in the privy, but it was taken down earlier by his wife, who thought it unwise to have those pictures in the privy when occupied by the Germans---the picture of Stalin was taken down by the pig seller and put on the kitchen wall when Germany invaded Russia.
I agree. Nothing has really changed since yesterday, unless someone has exposed something about Lemeard, so yesterday's arguments are just as good today.
Lemeard's actions still infringe multiple people.
Killing zombies like Narref is a good fallback, but I can't help but wonder with all these various baddie deaths we've had, if we couldn't consider better options. Even if at the end of the day we decide to simply lynch a zombie, jumping on zombies too early in the day might just lead to lazy bandwagoning and ruin any chance at hearing analysis, or putting pressure on more active players.
Indeed.
VOTE Kaetje
Late vote day 1 just prior to the sniping to Arkasas and voted for PC twice earlier in the day.
I know it's not much, but it's something.
Sniping to Arkasas? Some people did that, but kaetje didn't even snipe.
Zombies are nice backup lynches when there's no true suspects. Which we still have.
So true.
Regarding Arkasas, and the high sorcerer: I strongly suggest we stop voting him. It will give us no new information - his packmates would just sell him out at this stage, if he has any - and if I was the high-sorcerer I would be protecting arkasas, even if he was good, *just* to make sure the village keeps trying to kill him.
I say scan the guy, and if he turns out evil, shoot him.
That is a very good point.
We perfectly well can, but there's not really reason to. I don't think he's evil.
I doubt we can today, since he most likely is protected by the nihilist.
Well Skobie has already taken some of my arguments; but not all of them.
We still need to look at the day one snipes for two reasons: Lemeard's sniping and Panzer voting himself.
As I already mentioned in days past when going after Lemeard, he either broke a threeway or made any kind of TIE less likely.
With 50 minutes left Lemeard changes from Cody to Arkasas and makes a twoway between Arkasas and Panzer.
Unvote Comm Cody
Vote Arkasas
With 25 minutes left Lemeard changes from Arkasas to Cody and makes a twoway between Cody and Panzer. In both instances he made a noTIE into a twoway.
Unvote Arkasas

TIE?
Now we are 1 minute from deadline. Rovsea, Panzer and Arkasas has 9 votes each, whereas Cody has 8.
When Lemeard snipes Arkasas has just sniped to Panzer; we don't know if Lemeard has seen this at the time of his snipe. Either way sniping from Cody to Panzer makes a TIE less likely---a TIE he has remade multiple times for at least an hour. Lemeard also never voted Rovsea besides once during the early hours of the day.
Unvote Cody
Vote Panzer Commader
He was a baddie and baddies should seek as much death and carnage, so his actions seems really strange. Just look at THE_SPLIT wolf, who makes an attempt at reTIEing later during the sniping minute.
unvote Rovsea vote arkasas
This was likely an attempt at self preservation, but it still is somewhat strange, since Rovsea at that time is completely sidetracked and out of danger; it is also made so late that Rovsea without a doubt knows he isn't in danger anymore.
Unvote J Pass, Vote Panzer\
As already mentioned Panzer's selfvote could be a red herring, but if it wasn't then it most likely was an attempt to save Arkasas, who would have been TIEed with Panzer had Panzer sniped to Arkasas and not himself.
Lemeard is from a different pack than Panzer. Considering how he again and again reTIEed until the sniping minute, it appears that he tried to save someone. Combine that with him TIEing Arkasas and Panzer 50 minutes before deadline---a TIE which reasonably could have stood until deadline---and him never voting Rovsea later in the day and Rovsea appears as the most likely save out of Arkasas and Rovsea. Furthermore Rovsea posted those posts towards kaisersohaib that seemed strange---I will maybe dig them up later. In all Rovsea looks like a good suspect for a member of the NSDAP; he also most likely isn't lynch protected by the nihilist, since he hasn't really been a suspect since day 1.
