Well, duh. Seriously, that people really believed you scares me. Nobody can make peace in the Middle East! Except Jesus, because loljesus.
The first day comes to an end, after much argument the balots are cast but there is no anonimous decision. Some people just don't want to see the truth. The jury however decides to make 2 people more equal to others, give them something extra to help find these sexist people. BUT. Have they given this to good people or have they strenghtened the opposition, that is a question only the future will tell.
As they leave the room 1 juror receives a small envelope. Within that envelope is an incriminating picture of him with a high ranking official, beside the picture a simple note "don't come in tomorrow".
The next day starts and there are only 20 people left in the room. The battle begins in earnest.

I just looked up the story and it was from 2008 and it was British teenagers who were asked: 58% thought that Sherlock Holmes was a historical person; luckily the percentage believing Churchill to be fictional was only 23%---it is still way too high, but better than I remembered it. Also 75% never read history books.
The problem in the Middle East is that their society is entirely patriarchal with no inclusiveness for real people - women. They have much to learn from the peace loving people of the Bissagos Islands living in a fantastic matriarchy.
So apparently a macho man has been excused. Can't say I will miss the man, or the macho either for that matter.
Too many of us know too intimately the ways sexism constrains our lives, limiting our opportunities, harming our bodies, reducing us. Often unspoken, though, is the way misogyny limits our imaginations. The ubiquity of sexism comes to feel like the inevitability of sexism. Electoral politics as shown by Wagon and Marty narrow our ambitions to preserving the rights we are told we can have rather than mobilizing for what should be.
People, not ideas, will build our utopias. But the first step toward a feminist world is to imagine it collectively and to rid our world from unwanted elements.

It always sucks getting hunted first, especially when you don't play that often. But I'll be doing a game soon and I intend for it to be quite a large one, and I hope you'll stick around to play in it. Guaranteed to be awesome.
