Only problem with a TIE is that if one of the principals is Zeus/Jupiter they can arrange a snipe to whichever player wants to get a shot off.
Not just Zeus/Jupiter, there are multiple major baddies in likelihood.

I know exactly how the rules work, I was merely saying that by TIEing two known baddies, as opposed to normal TIEs where one or neither are known baddies, we can be certain, whether one of them breaks the TIE or not, that a baddie dies. So we lose nothing by setting up the attempt.
Misunderstood what you were saying, I thought you were saying only one could die, so we lose the benefit of choosing which to lynch if we set up a TIE.
