Were you told last night that you hunt every night from now on? If so then you indeed are the last one if you are the last in your pack.
Not if you surrender. By surrendering the game stops if the surrender is valid---hence why surrenders really ought to only be accepted if requested by PM, since otherwise they can be gamed. So remember to surrender in your PM.
Though it is your right to go to deadline and rob somebody of victory should you want to do that of course.
That might very well be an oversight. If I were you I would ask Jackson whether or not you hunt every night from now on.

The physical wounds may have healed, but the emotional ones will stay forever. Hopefully seeing you dangling on the gallows will ease my pain.
