You can randomize without the use of dice. Johho famously assigns roles with the use of a deck of cards.

Everyone sends in a number from 1-100, then a complicated algorithm assigns you a unique role. A side-game of WW could be figuring this algorithm out, imagine the possibilities! You could have people trying to guess what role someone is, you could lie about what number you sent it, etc.

Tip: close signups earlier than 22 GMT, so you can send PMs by 22 and the first deadline can already be tomorrow.

I usually try to have my setup written out enough so all I have to do is hit a randomize button and send out PMs when I close it, and I won't add an extra day over people having 23.5 hours instead of 24 hours. But I'll likely close it whenever I get back from my experiment so any time from 21:15-21:45 GMT.
