Hi! I wanted to do my usual thing and buy Stellaris: Ancient Relics from the Paradox Store to give Paradox allllllll the cuts instead of the cut steam takes. I got the message "We're currently unable to process any payments from your region. We apologize for any inconvenience".
Now I know why that might be the case. I recently moved to Switzerland, but my billing adress was still in Germany. So basically it showed street and postal code of germany but detected my IP as Switzerland.
I have now changed the billing adress to my Swiss adress but I still get the message. Is that a general issue right now or just for me and should I write a support ticket?
(this is the first purchase I make since moving to Switzerland)
