I'm trying to find Welsh Ministers and Tech Teams, preferably with a Paternal Autocrat theme. If anyone has any ideas for these please let me know.

I believe it's intended just as a 'filler' minister for where no people can be found - that's why there are no pictures for it...

BTW - Anyone have any more Welsh stuff? A liberatable Wales would be reasonably interesting to have (if possibly a bit short lived!).

A liberated wales would only have one province, and it would have little or no manpower, but it would be cool.

True - it could get the standard AI Liberation events, which give extra IC, manpower and resources to new countries.

They could also give it some extra troops and a fortress in the Wales province so it would be able to survive for more than two weeks...

There was a novel about a Nazi-liberated Wales that came out a while back. I haven't read it, but it's by a decent writer and popular historian so should be worth looking at.

For industrial tech teams you could use something along the lines of Welsh Railways, Cardiff University, Swansea Shipyards, Llanelli Chemicals etc.
One could argue that an independent Wales would probably have nationalised many of its industries, and make up suitable names for them.
Ministers could be much like the current bunch in the Welsh Assembly, they could all be undistingished grey suits!

This was originally requested for a looser United Kingdom whereby the individual countries had greater independence. As such England and Scotland would still defend Wales giving them a greater chance of survival with one province.

The ministers using the name Plaid Genedlaethol Cymru are probably meant to be Welsh Ministers (The nameless ones that get given positions but no one can remember the names of) i.e. they are there to fill the positions until named people are found

Cardiff University I've got already, the other ones sound good. Since you are in the UK and "closer to the target", could you name us a few more companies (one or two) that would be likely to be big enough to justify a tech team for Wales?
I'm asking because Wales does also appeat in H.I.P.
So far not yet in an event, but already as a country you can liberate. We're thinking about putting them in a modified UK-lost-event as one option on how to treat the UK after beating them.
Giving them more than just the university as tech team would be good

Well, Wales used to have a lot of coal mines... maybe you could give them an industrial tech team to represent them? That was the first tech team I used
