I was playing as Communist China, and faring pretty well, and somehow, I ended up allied with Nationalist China and in a War against them at the same time. Similar situation with the surrounding cliques. It's a literal paradox, because Nationalist China is allied with me against themselves, and also in a separate war against me while being at war with Japan. When I direct units to attack a territory, the defending units don't register that they are being attacked. Furthermore, since this happened while I was conquering Yunnan, the pop-up status box saying "Enemy in Sight!" for the territory of Kangmin is glitched so that it never goes away, and continuously pops up. I have about 8 divisions in that territory, and they can freely move about in the surrounding territories, which are now Nationalist China.
This begs the serious question, "What did I do wrong?" or is this just a glitch in the game itself?
EDIT: I guess what I'm asking is, has anyone ever had this happen before? Or am I looking at a fault in the programming? If so, how can I avoid it in the future??? Thanks for any responses.
