Got this one by surprise. I conquered a world as a Determined Exterminator and it just popped up.

well, that particular unlock feels like an oversight, it should be changed to require that all of the resident species not be undesirables in order to count.

Doesn't really matter... Since 2.2, that achievement is basically unavoidable anyway... No reason to remove funny occurences...
