I was playing Ayutthaya yesterday and I noticed Champa had Malaccan Rebels in all their provinces. I took a screenshot but didn't save it.
Champa was still Hindu and had no allies. Malacca was far away as usual and Sunni. Eventually, Champa was broken by the rebels and Malacca gained the provinces.
None of this seemed to make any sense...unless Malacca funded the rebels? Could that explain it? Otherwise I'm stumped.
