I wasn't able find anything with the google or this forums search, please forgive me if I missed something.
I'm having an odd issue launching the game. I'm running the Linux version. When I start the game from the 'Play' button in the launcher it doesn't draw the map, it draws the UI and I can click blindly at the pure white map area and select lands.
The weird part is that if I start the game from the 'Continue' button in the launcher the game works properly. I get to see the map, I can even resign that continued game back to the main menu and start a new game. Everything seems to play fine from there, I don't notice anything wrong at least.
I did find some mention of a blank white map with google, those people seemed to have graphics driver issues so I made sure mine are up to date but that didn't help. I've also tried having steam verify the files and then after that didn't help I tried a reinstall. Neither helped.
