So, some of my planets insist on producing more slaves, when there are no worker jobs available, only specialists, causing unemployment. I thought I'd fix this by forcing the planet to generate only my citizen pop ... but then the citizen pop is showing as an unemployed slave, too, when it generates. Weird, right? I have lots of specialists jobs but my planets will only generate unemployable slaves. Any thoughts / fixes? Anyone had this happen to them?
