weird ovals appearing on cliff textures

Today I jumped into the map editor, and started modelling. Immediately those weird shapes spawning at cliffs caught my attention. I've used theme mixer and out of 8 themes I had, to had the same problem seen on the image. The support forum suggests disabling all mods, but it does not work for me. I can't afford to do it as my gameplay is intended to be modded. If anyone knows what's the solution I'd really appreciate if you wrote it down.

UPDATE : those disappear when i zoom out. they rotate to the direction of the camer as well.

Are we talking about the many little blobs on the cliffside? Those are 2D rocks (like the 2D grass you see in other places). They can be disabled for a theme, which is why some don't have them. Theme Mixer 2 can also disable them if I remember right, and Remove Decoration Sprites definitely can.
