If I had a basement I'd turn it into a bomb shelter. Practical for so many occasions! WW3, Zombie/Alien attack, crazy madman neighbour attack... and so on. Of course, if you turn it into a war gaming room beforehand, you can stay down for years without being bored out of your mind. Good plan!
Not so much weird things I do but more weird thought processes.
I've just got into Semper after not playing for 2-3 weeks and I notice that I'm saying to myself things like "Wizard prang chaps" when my interceptors do a good job.
Is that a reference to something?
It's English fighter pilot talk from the Battle of Britain period. It kind of says "well done, we gave them what for." Or in modern parlance "We gave them a good kicking"
Never heard it, and didn't understand it.
