Weird Music/Soundtrack question

I'm just wondering if there is anyway one could play the EU 4 base soundtrack/in-game music as well as the music DLC packs (everything is properly owned) outside of the actual game ? Like playing it in a music player ? Can this even be done ? Just asking because I would love to be able to listen to the wonderful music while I work on something.

To listen base soundtrack, go to the eu4's directory, there is a music folder there.
To listen dlc soundtrack, find the dlc folder there, check the compressed files on which contains music, extract them.

the files are in .ogg so bare that in mind.

It's all either stored as .ogg files in normal unzipped folders, or as .ogg files inside forbidding-looking DLC folders which are in actuality just fancy zipped files that you can get inside with 7-Zip or an equivalent.

Once you have the .ogg music files, all you need is a program to turn them into .mp3 files and you're golden.
