Hmmm.... Not bad. It is different than EU game, certainly:D It looks like that we will have to learn alot on how to play HOI.

I am curious, the convoy is used to bring the resources, right? If so, then when is it added to the resource pool? When it arrives our national province?

More screenshot! Please, sugar please. Honey please. Cholocate please! And some more sweet please!:D Can you think of sweeter please?;)

Hardly counts as insane considering some of their other ideas.

honestly, some weirdos in the 3.reich were planning on a giant "drill", that was supposed to undermine strong fortfications and to deliver soldiers in a "troianic horse" style in the back of the enemy

Compared to some of the insane ideas the 3. reich came up with that's nothing. The Sanger and the 80cm Gustav artillery piece on tracks for city fighting (where the hell did they expect to find a big enough street?) definitivly outperforms that idea in pure insanity.

Did you know that during the Quebec conference Mountbatten brought a sample of the ice they were going to use (they called the stuff Pykrete) with him and demonstrated that is was bullet proof by firing two shots at it, one of them ricocheted and hit Admiral King. Unfortunatly he survived;)

I don't question that it was a nice big artillery piece, albeit one with a very slow firing rate, what I do question is the insane idea to put it on tank tracks and use it for city fighting.

Should be good at destroying windows whenever it fires.

Alatriste: your numbers add to more than 100%
If 62% of world production is 3,327,000 then world production should be around 5,366,129.
20,000+3,327,000+105,000+47,000+59,000+43,000+48,000+515,000+133,000+572,000+23,000+215,000+89,000+21,000+20,000+157,000=5,394,000, there is a surplus of 38,000.
If one considers production in India, Bolivia, Australia, Germany, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Austria and so on the problem gets worse.

You are right, but I said that I was rounding up, so inevitably I introduced some distortion. In fact the % is 61.8, and total world production 5,447,000.

you would have the rest of numbers (i.e. less than 20,000) by any chance?

Bring peace by destroying a city? How insane. :D

That brings me to this. Will EVERYONE be able to develop those "peace" bringers? :)

Yes, I have them, and those until 1945 too. I will post them in a separate thread as soon as I can.

That was actually feasible and therefore not insane, but the Sanger? (Orbital bombardment in the 1940s? Give me a break.)
I'm also sure they could have built the modification to the Gustav, but it would be of absolutly no use whatsoever.

Hey, in this screen shot, how can we tell the size of an army?
They don't have the little number like in EU2.
Or are those fixed divissions, with a fixed number of soldiers?

Where is the flag over the province? I would like to see the flag over teh provinces. Is the green denotes the rich province? I would pretty much like to see how big my nation, and another are at a glance.
