Looking at the "establish new convoy" bit it seems the idea is that the convoys are for directing raw materials to factories (at least one purpose). So one picks up one or more of the four commodities in Accra and ships them to production facilities in Southampton, which then, presumably can churn out nice new ships and the like.Originally posted by Vandelay
