Looking to play

Hi,

I've never played EU 2 multiplayer before. I'm wondering if it is easy to join up. Do I simply go to Vnet at 7PM on sunday and look for games. I am an experienced EU 2 gamer but the multiplayer part is new to me. I just need some tips. I take it that the countries at the bottom of your information page without names are still open for takers.
