I have to admit while I was leaning towards a Vicky II AAR after I finished my Stellaris one I only settled on Spain a short while before I started writing - it could easily have been Austria or Russia. I suppose I thought playing as a second rank power might be an interesting challenge and the more I read about 19th Century Spain the more intriguing it seemed. I'm just delighted it has found an audience.
