EDIT REQUEST PART 5. THE CULTURE CLAIM.

When claiming a culture write a narrative explaining why you are allowed to claim. Say how many provinces exists with this culture and then tell when you become owner of which relevant provinces. If your narrative is deemed unsatisfactory for determining the correctness of your claim an edit will not be made.

Example: I claim Congolese as state culture. It exists a total of 10 provinces with that culture and I have owned 5 of them for 100 years. These 5 are province X1 (conquered 1567), X2 (conquered …) etc.

Hmmmm.... That is a job that I wont be able to do for tomorrow's session, since I didnt wrote down the dates of the occupation and I'll return from work almost in the time of our session...

About 1 explorer and 1 conquistador... Cant I have both? If not, I'll go with 2 gen + 1 Adm + 1 explorer

8. Claiming of cultures. If you control 100% of all provinces of a certain culture for at least 50 years or at least 75% for 75 years or at least 50% for 100 years you may claim that culture as your state culture.You can claim a maximum of 2 cultures.

There is no way France holds 100% dutch provinces for 50 years. Game started in 1453 and currently it is 1507.

Flandern, the last dutch province, was conquered by France (actually given but that doesnt matter), after Austria inherited Burgundy, and the province swap took place in 1478 as game log state. Meaning, you have to wait 50 years from that date onwards, to claim it. In other words, France is only able to claim dutch culture by 1528.

I am not a GM, but i believe i am correct - Ironfist should say the final word, however.

Just looked at the leaders... holy crap We fought one good war and not even a huge war... and now Poland and Austria have 5/5/5 (5/6/6) MT leaders. Even my England with a half-assed effort has a 4/4/5 (4/5/6) leader. Seems a little high considering it wasn't that much of a war. C'est la vie I suppose.

The problem is that at this stage people don´t have much MP pool; plus the system is based on sessions that lasts 25 years, not 15...
