I heard, that you guys need a perm to play as Austria. If you want i can do the job
That is totaly against my will (moving to Austria). It will create a HUGE power vacuum in europe - Russia will eat Poland apart and Denmark will get a lot of the baltic without a problem. The OE will also get some provinces out of it for sure, and Austria actually is too backwards in tech terms (compared to Poland anyway) and It wasnt quite agressive in mainland germany, allowing France/Denmark to move unoposed. Plus the fact that Casluerj is my dearest neighbour and Austria is far weaker then France, doesnt want me to perm Austria for sure.

I fixed my MP and thus my MT got a bit down. However, i still wanted to ask the following question:
I was curious and i asked Daniel how good would leaders be if my MT would be 5 - he told me that the maximum was 4,5. Why does it state in the AAr thread that the maximum is 5? Are we using some diferent calculation?

Yes, I increased the MT maximum to 5, he used the 4,5... You could have unlimited MT value if you want.

EDIT REQUEST PART 5. THE CULTURE CLAIM.
When claiming a culture write a narrative explaining why you are allowed to claim. Say how many provinces exists with this culture and then tell when you become owner of which relevant provinces. If your narrative is deemed unsatisfactory for determining the correctness of your claim an edit will not be made.
Example: I claim Congolese as state culture. It exists a total of 10 provinces with that culture and I have owned 5 of them for 100 years. These 5 are province X1 (conquered 1567), X2 (conquered …) etc.

Probably an explorer. I would go with that then change tomorrow if it is a conquistador. But you're the stats man
