When I play as the US I am going to liberate quebec, take vast territory of anglo canada, and puppet the rest.

If only I could give provinces to a puppet/ally by any means like through war/gift/etc like other paradox games in this....... one feature this game desperately needs.

I can't quite recall if "Free peoples" is based on cores or culture, but whatever it is you can use that war goal to make nations give a state to someone else that has a claim on it.
