I was playing Stony and getting ready to my invasion of France in June 1940. After I pushed through Belgium and into France it started raining around the Belgium area and down into the area around the Maginot Line in July 1940. This rainy weather lasted until September of 1941. I am all for weather effects but rainy weather lasting 14 months? That must of been a storm of biblical porportions. This is the first time that I have seen weather lasting this long in HOI, is this normal our a affect of Stony? Is there any way to limit how long a weather system can stay in future versions of Stony?

Thanks-Greg

Yes was going to comment on this, first saw it as SU in tumbling, invading Finland and a blizzard hit the terratory just west of Helsinki, this blizzard was in late 40 and as of early 45 in the same game had not moved.

the rain storms in africa and the fact that i let it sit on auto watching different areas made me wonder the weather in the Gulf of mexico stayed the same for 3 years, thunderstorms over most land masses and rain over most sea zones.

i havn't seen the weather acting up prior to 39 (no real looking at it though no wars in most games until after then)

yeah, it happened to me too.
In the Netherlands it lasted over a year, not to mention that, looking the meteo map, the Sahara desert was subject to storms for a long time... I guess this is related to Stony mod... so that it's more tough to play...
