First, let me thank you for the amazing update you've given us.

I still have a problem I had at the last version : weapons disappearing from my characters.

For example, I assign a character to keep the gate. He will grab a rifle and do his life in the city (transport objects, eat, sleep, etc...).

When I click on him/her, I can see the character have a weapon, with a durability which is always about 95% - 100%.

But the day after, even if I did not change his post, the weapon disappears and the gatekeeper now carries a crossbow. The weapon did not go back in any stock, it just disappeared.

It also happens all the time with the caracters assigned as gards : take a weapon to be at their post, sleep, and the weapon disappears and he's back with a normal crossbow.

Somebody having the same issue ? Thank you for reading !

Hello!

I had the same problem, long before this update. I scavenged many shotguns, assigned colonists to the gate, thinking they will be good, as carrying good weapons, and a day or two after I realized there are no weapons in stock and no weapons at anybody. There was no fight no hostiles. Probably all the weapons broke (imho a weapons should not lose durability when it is not in use).

I understand weapons lose durability through time (1% or 2% per day seems reasonable). It could be also cool to have a way to maintain them usable (System of repair?)

Consequently I don't think they break in one day, I would rather think it might be a bug....

I went through a lot of guns in a very short period of time as well. I brought back 25 rifles to the colony via an outpost but the next time I looked I had 1 in stock. I only have the 4 guards on the gate and I've never used that many guns that quickly so I started to wonder if the guns made it back to the colony? I don't know but I've been trying to pay attention so I can see what's happening.

It might just be I had a bunch of elders manning the gate who took their guns with them when they passed? I'm inclined to think there is a bug somewhere though but haven't seen anything to report since first noticing that sudden, unexpected lack of inventory.

I have discovered a bug, that when you load a save, the weapons that the guards had, are lost. They do not persist between saves like clothing and tools do. Reported through the bug icon, also have screenshots of what I have observed, on steam.

Hey all!

Thanks for reporting this issue, we have taken a look at the situation and confirmed that there really seems to be a bug with this. Will try and get a fix out for you guys asap, but no guarantees or promises though!
