Weak Claim when target throne is held by child does not work

I have an aunt who has a weak claim on the throne of england; my aunt is in my court, I am her liege. The king of england is a child but I can not choose the claim england cassus belli, it does not even appear. Other cassus belli (cassi belli) appear for duchies in england but not for the throne of england.

This is after patch 1.07.

You can not declare a claim war on an agnatic kingdom, for a female.
