Are you going to have every possible province as a core one? That would be quite "Trotskyist". I'm looking forward to this, but I would suggest for you not to enter the Comintern. USSR wasn't even a communist nation it was a dictatorship. If this "French Commune" would be it's own country with far different government than the USSR, so that it would be more market liberal and that it would be highly political left, but would have democratic elections.
The USSR is merely a temporary ally to help achieve worldwide Socialism!
(In other words, we will not join the comintern but we will use them on our side)
The save is completely borked. I tried again and again, but its impossible to get it to work realistic without it crashing every 3 seconds.

I was tempted to edit a few files and saves to put North korea in washington simply to annoy you, but it's not worth the effort. Another update very soon.
Future updates will include:
- Maps so good they make HOI2 look like a drawing
- Updates change in format, one could be a letter, a news broadcast etc. These may be the same person twice.
- Longer updates
