The Megacorp civics shown in the current builds offer far too little variety. The most obvious one is the lack of starting options that regular empires have. Stuff like Mechanist, Syncretic Evolution, Post-Apocalyptic and Life Seeded should all be available to Megacorporations (and the latter two should probably be available to Hive Minds as well). But it's not just the game-changing stuff. Things like Functional Architecture, Environmentalist or Free Haven could all use a corporate equivalent.
But the most glaring issue is definitely the absence of the resource boosting civics. These should be essential in specializing your Megacorp and deciding what you want to trade in. Maybe you want to make a food company, or a mining company? For example, one of the ideas I've had is an airline company that monopolized space travel and then uses their interstellar resources to take control of their home planet. A civic that increased the number of ship parts I produce would be perfect for this. It might also be time to add some more resource civics for regular empires too, now that a bunch of new resources like ship parts and consumer goods are being added and the old Corporate Dominion civic is being removed.
