We need a new forum skin

Ok before i start.
I realize that as this post is not regarding the Rome game, but rather the Rome forum, it might belong in the OT section. So if a mod feals i posted it the wrong place i i'm very sorry.

With that out of the way, lets continue on to the point.
The previous series from paradox each had their own forum skin.
EU had this cool blue one, Victoria the dark red, allmost dried blood colored one, HOI the grey Steel colored, and Crusader kings, well a fourth color.

So i propose a new Forum skin for EU:Rome, one that will suit it.

Any suggestions?

i suppose they might want to keep it consistent with the EU franchise, but a little color goes a long way. i'd elect a parchment-y color or marble

Seconded, maybe with a picture of the twins with wolves, or maybe a succession of pictures (from statues or coins) of leaders like Jugurtha, Scipio, Hannibal, etc for the top image.

EU forums used to have a different color scheme with a some other blue and gold. Then, it changed.

Historically, most classical marble was brightly coloured. So a colourful theme would fit the period rather well.

I agree, a new skin might be nice. And it should be easy enough to do.

However, the forum colors MUST be something readable, and practical.

My personal recommendation is a classy light brown on a white or cream-color background. Should be somewhat representative of the colors on the box and a kind of Roman motif. Should also be readable.
