It is not first time I experience bad customer service at Steam.
First time was when I Pre-ordered Empire: Total War from them and was promised to be able to download it 2 days before release the original release and play it the day before of the release. Guess what...? When there was 2 days left I exited came home from school and saw that I still couldn't download it, so I decided to search the Total War forums. I found a post that said we couldn't download the game and had to wait to the real release date. I thought I could be one of the first to play the damn game, but no! It's annoying you can't trust them after you paid overprice!
It's not the same, but it's annoying you can't trust a big company with users from around the world.
I know I can just download it from GG, but it's way easier and more safe to have it stored at one place than between different places and you know it's Steam so they could quickly make a patch that didn't allow us to play with modifications...
