The nation was Xhosa and the autor was ws2_32, the only thing that I don't know is the link, sorry.

Go to the AAR forum for EU2,
go to Display Options,
select Sorted By: Thread Starter,
select From The: Beginning ( Time Range of AARs/Threads ),
push Show Threads button,
navigate through the 50+ pages ( sorted by thread starter ) until you get to ws2_32 AARs
