Looking at his balance, I would say he didn't build alot of manufactories. 374 for production is low.

Thats true, I didnt build a single manufactory that game. Only manpower and forcelimit buildings. By the time I had money enough to spam them out, the interface is too laggy to stomache building anything anyway

Just an update. My current VH game is going to end with a dev somewhere between 29k and 30k. I´ve done many, many WCs before but I have never seen this much dev in the world so it can vary a lot.

Pretty off topic but how in the world do you have over 3000 messages in about a year, @Dominion? That's nearly nine a day.

Yeah man 3000 posts in a year is completely absurd and unreasonable !

About 24k - 26k dev I find, although I've never actually played a game until 1820.

if you want to break the 30k development barrier:

1. conquer europe asap, become hre, pass 5th reform.
2. Now european countries cannot wage war. They can only develop.
3. ???
4. Profit

Conquering Europe as a horde is feasible by..1550. After that just watch them develop
