Also horde Provinces defect in the same way that normal provinces do, so theres no need to ever gain infamy.

War between hordes fuctions a lot like normal wars, so you probably cant, you can just ask for the land in a peace deal.
thank you for sharing your experience with us my dear friend.and sry it had to be due to a car accident.the tactic that i was using was forming hre around 1413 to 1418. but infamy oimit got in my way.I'm sure that OP has figured out by now that WC in DW is definitely doable.
I suspect that GH might be better. Timurids has no easy way to Europe and it's necessary to absorb Europe ASAP, before they get to better techs. Since you don't want to form Mughals too early, Timurids ability to do it quickly isn't much of advantage. I have some concerns about TSC though - it's one thing when you have 100 provinces rebelling, but with 100 years WC you would be in situation when there's a rebellion in 500 provinces. I'm thinking it might be better to leave stronger rebels alone. After they defect they will probably disband some units (or go bankrupt) and then you can reconquer them again. So, as hordes need no diplomats, just armies, these are best for quick WC. And timurids should work best, as they can easily form mughals, and become monarchy when you need to reform.
I was wondering if it's possible to do WC before 1500 under normal circumstances. Which means Timur will die sooner or later and that won't be the only TSC you'll have to deal with. If you conquer Europe and form Mughals early you may get away with having to deal with only 2 TSC.Reloading every time timur dies, can solve the TSC problem.
