I’m currently playing as Austria and I have 50 more years left till I hit 1821. Since I’ve never done a WC before I’m wondering if I’m still able to complete it in this limited time or not.
In the pics you can see my current progress in political & diplomatic mapmode in 1771. I revoked the privilegia in mid 16th century and fed my hre vassals all over europe. I integrated spain & poland. I have 90 absolutism. America is pretty much fully under my command. Just one colony of Japan remains and a migrated Scotland.
So am I still able to pull this off? It seems a bit much imo since still large parts of Asia and Africa remain independent. Any advice is welcome!

Looks possible to me. Might have to truce break a little in the end maybe, but maybe not even that. Best of luck!

It's doable but you will likely have to go pretty hard for the remaining time. Missing 4 admin efficiency and no CCR in your NIs is significant. Are you feeding your HRE vassals any land?

The difference between 66 admin efficiency with 25 CCR, and 70 admin efficiency with 50 CCR is about a 70% increase in coring throughput. It's huge. You can still WC but you need to find a way to deal with that inefficiency, as Austria that's usually going to be to feed a lot of it to your vassal swarm.

The other issue is you will need to plan out how to eat those GPs in time. Check the total warscore cost of the big ones to figure out how many wars they will take and where you might need to truce-break.

Should be able with a truce break or two if you're not scared of going past 100% overextension.

Easily. Get ready for some micro, but that's definitely a WC.

If you fail you've at least learned where your weaknesses lie.

Next time don't let a colonizer survive deep into the 18th century. Portugal gets vassalized early if you want to WC a run. They're a pest.

As for the rest, just trucebreak repeatedly. Declare on Hindustan, take all their forts, peace out, trucebreak, rinse and repeat until they're gone.
Maybe release a vassal inbetween to feed them provinces.
Shouldn't take more than 10 years. Same for Ottomans.
Don't stab back after going negative. Only jump up to -2 so you can trucebreak again.

And stop partitioning nations like that. You can't vassal feed properly if they have groups of 6 provinces everywhere. Ugly and ineffective.

You partition nations if you want to weaken them. There's no reason to weaken anyone when you're sitting on a vassal swarm and over 10k dev.

I agree with this advice, but would mention that you should be careful with riding -2 stab. The Aspiration for Liberty disaster will come along and say hi. Either have enough admin banked to stab back up to +3 before it reaches 100% and once you're done truce breaking, or do it late enough into the campaign that you can end all wars and hit the Renovatio Imperii button before it fires.

Now I'm curious. Could I, theoretically, switch to constitutional monarchy to get rid of that disaster instantly after I'm done truce breaking and started all coring? Of course if I got the mana to go for +3 stab I'm going to do that, but assuming I don't, would that work and be worth it? I'd then get stab up to 0 only or even stay negative, change back to whatever monarchy I was before, and reduce autonomy on everything I just cored to get absolutism back before I go on coring. Is there a timer on changing government types?

I’m pretty tight on admin points and truce breaking will cause my stab to drop drastically and cause two disasters to start ticking: aspiration for liberty and revolution. How do I deal with them? Do I let them fire? Will I be able to manage them? Or do I have to prevent them from firing?
Does switching to a constitutional monarchy instantly remove the disaster timer?

Read a bit about CC and Rev and trigger them in around 1700 next time.
Dunno if it's worth in your situation.

I'm not certain on this, but I don't think that changing government like that would actually halt the disaster. Requirements for a disaster to stop are generally steeper than the ones that start it in the first place (eg. requires <1 stab to start, but to stop it again you need to get to +3 not just to +1).

Well reading the requirement to get that disaster to start, switching to constitutional monarchy works. Since it has the parlement system. If you have one seat the disaster can't fire.
Although doing this you'll lose 30 absolutism cap...

Switching to constitutional monarchy would stop the disaster progress from starting to tick up, but if it had already started, I don't think it would stop it.

EDIT: I tested it and was apparently incorrect. The disaster disappears entirely if you become a constitutional monarchy. However you now can't swap out of it again just by swapping government, so that's not useful as a quick way to remove the disaster.

Update:
I made it! Got the World conqueror achievement! Thank you all for the very valuable advice guys.
