Quantity. It's a fairly solid idea group anyways, but it does both increase your forcelimits while also making your armies cheaper. Aside from that, Offensive has a bonus land forcelimits modifier as well, and of course when you're in a pinch, building temples will help. 4BT = 1 more force limit.

Mmm. Is it worth it to abandon trade and production special buildings(levels 5 and 6) and instead build the army ones which also raises forcelimit?

Also, thanks for your answers.

Base tax is your friend in this case + ideas of course. For short term use advisors (+10%).

There is no one answer for this question. Depends on what country you play, what's the situation, what is your goal etc. You have to decide. Also remember that you will need money to field big army anyway.

First of all build temples in all provinces, they will give you some more limit (I think 4 temples gives you one more force limit). The last idea in Quantity idea group will give you a 50% boost to force limit. And if you get all the ideas in both quantity and economics you can activate a policy which boosts the limit another 33%.

Tax increases your FL by .25/1 tax. It's the modified tax rate you get per year and not the base tax so modifiers to tax increase it. I like my temples and I can't see a reason not to build them. I think a player is better off gaining power projection early game rather than conquering your rivals. Once you grow past your rivals you won't find an easier way to get bonus MP to build buildings like temples, or tech up your military.

Also reducing autonomy, accepted cultures, same religions will up your FL as they will increase your tax gained.

Imo trade 5/6 trade specials are needed only in your destination node provinces. Rest of the country i'm spamming with mil buildings. Though, when you're able to build 5/6's you're invincible or on your way there (most of the cases).
In the beginning - IMO manpower is the most valuable resource. Use mercs for sieges, thus you're not wasting manpower on attrition. If your country is big enough, try defensive approach to wars (wait for enemy to split-siege, then instakill'em all).
Generally, war should go in the following way - DOW, overcome enemy stack, pursue and eradicate, siege all with mercs while returning main army home. If war is vs many enemies - try to kick enemies one-by-one repeating above steps.
However, if your army is weakear than enemies combined - maneuver alot, try to pick their siege armies, and if decisive battle becomes unevitable - try to defend in mountains..
Upd. as of 1.8 use vassals for sieges as well, covering them with your main stack.
