Ways to Improve your Education

So how can a character's education trait be improved? I know that in the vanilla game the Martial education can be improved through random battle events. With WoL, the War focus can also improve the Martial education, and the Rulership focus can improve the Stewardship education.

But what about the others? Specifically I have a 16 year-old Dutiful Cleric ruler, and I'd really like the tech boost of having a higher learning ruler for a while. It'd still be nice to know if there are ways to improve the other educations, though.

I've already done a quick search through the WoL focus event files, but I don't see any other education events besides the ones I already listed.

Diplomacy : Family focus
Stewardship : Business and Rulership focus
Martial : War focus
Intrigue : Intrigue and Seduction focus
Learning : Don't think we can upgrade it via focus

I don't think you can improve your learning education trait but you can improve your learning the quickest by choosing the scholarship focus and going the "normal" route.

Theology focus was buffed and is now a lot more interesting but I don't think they added upgrades to your learning education. If you want tech, scholarship is really good and if you want your ruler to become a better person and improve your piety then theology is great.
