Way to see traits

Is there any way to see are traits applied to a division,'couse I have a problem: Line that links my division and my corpus is nearly or always red ,even if they are couple of provinces away.So,I asked myself is this hapening when a corpus and a division are in the same province too?
Or is it a bag just with the line and division gets traits?
I would now all of this only if there is a way to see are traits applied.

If even one HQ is out of range, the whole system shows as "broken."

As far as what traits are applied, those are well known and documented on the wiki as far as how they roll downhill.

If your Army Group HQ is out of range of your Theater HQ, for example, every division link below that AG HQ will show as broken, even though they're still getting all of the other bonuses. There should be a tooltip near the top right of each division and HQ window showing what's in range and what's out.

This is hapening because corpus HQ is out of range too.
So , HQ will not give traits to lower HQs/divisions ,if its out of range of higher HQ.
Am I right?
