What would I have to change to make a personal submod that lets me keep the society buildings? I thought it would be a fun long-term goal to have a ruler from each of the societies over the course of generations to improve the royal demesne but I was disappointed to find that the society buildings disappear after the death of the ruler.

It's also a bit strange to me, that after their patron dies, all the mages/fighters just up and leave considering how entrenched such societies are in Tamriel. Wouldn't it make more sense for there to be an event where they request the patronage of the new lord? Maybe a monthly tax penalty for keeping society buildings for societies you aren't a part of?
