Is there a place somewhere with all the WOL event IDs so I can trigger them manually with console? The wiki only has the business ones and nothing else.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
They are in the events folder. They have names like "wol_business_events.txt". I'm not aware of anywhere that lists out all the IDs most of the DLCs have their own namespace so they will be like WoL.1000, WoL.1001, etc.
