Yes, there is some confusion, since for the last 20 years I've been under the assumption that I'm GMT -6, not GMT -5, meaning that when I see CET is GMT +2 instead of GMT +1, I think 8-hour difference.

So now I'm going to enjoy crushing those time zong-flopping Brits underneath my French jackboot to the fullest extent of my ability.
Daylight Savings my American friend. Never trust GMT (independent from DS).

I'd like to make a demand for some editting of the balance between Poland and Russia. Because at the moment it is quite frankly beyond absurd.

Muscovy MP = 75
Polish MP = 19

(i own one more province than Muscovy does)

Moscow itself has 6.5 MP, more than triple Paris and over 5 times more than Krakow.

Russia has 7 provinces with more manpower than my highest. Only 6 of my provinces even give me manpower!

Austria has double my manpower with half my provinces and Brandenburg has 15 MP, 4 less than mine.

I am sure you can agree that this is ridiculous and i'd like to change it before next session, either by nerfing Russian somewhat and boosting Polish levels, or seeing if adding Ruthenian culture is of any help, or something because Poland is not going to be able to do anything if this continues.

I also want to suggest adding cores for everyone on all players' capitals.

agreed. Bob gets Ruthenian, Krakow gets more mp; Bob, make some edits, keep it fair, and tell us what you have done. ;)

And that's a bad thing? I disagree, we need to have cores on other capitals or better perm-temp CBs on other player countries, so that other countries can be able to DOW without having to fear about losing stability.

Re Polish manpower, note that mine is exaggerated due to the low quality I have got, so it's not really as much as that once you equalise that slider between the two. However I do agree that it is a bit low compared to Austria's which is a lot smaller that her at the moment.

Right, after a little bit of editting and a lot of trial and error this is my solution to Poland's low, low manpower.

1) Ruthenian culture (adds about 7 manpower)
2) Krakow's MP from 1.3 to 2.0
3) Danzig's MP from 0.8 to 1.5
4) Oppeln's MP from 0.8 to 1.0 (atm, and for the next 20ish, years it gives nothing due to nationalism)
5) Poznan/Kujaway/Podkarpajce MP from 0.8 to 1.0

Which altogether puts my manpower at 33 (with about 7 of that coming from vassals and decentralisation bonus)

I would also suggest that Moscow goes from 6.5 to 4.5 (still making it the most mp rich province in europe) and Novgorod goes from 3.5 to 2.5 reducing Muscovy's manpower from 75 to 66

I'm not sure if this is really fair or balanced but i don't think i am objective enough to say if Poland needs more MP

you still have not answer my argument, but instead made the same point as already has ben made. wuestion is WHY should ANYONE have "free" cb on any player and NOT be worry about stability???
i know well that russia would be the nation theat NEEDS such "free cbs " the most...p. but sorru, your nation is not design noR SHOULD GET INVOLVED in european wars too soon ;) .
