when sending big lumps of money( state gifts can only go to a limited amount unless 1 country is MUCH higher then the other) one uses LOAN fucntionMonkii-sama said:

Yes, this is one way to do it. Usually state gifts hover around 700-> when you get past 1500 so I see it as a way too. All the money I've gotten ingame so far have been gifts.beregic said:

the loan way of sending is BEST, simplly because can direct a more exact amount(and higher) but MOST important becouse using ONLY 1 diplomat to do so.... for example state gifts in agceep are very impractical, where there are non european nations gaining ONLY 0.50/diplomatc year( average monarch) or even lower maybe.
The main disadvantage being of course the time it takes to set it up. The larger the sum, the longer the time.beregic said:

But here we get several diplomats/year and I haven't been in a hurry to get all my money in a big lumpsum so for me gifts have been working, both giving and receving.
Gifts on slower speeds are quite annoying, as you have to wait for 1 month until sending again. And when you want to send 3k?Monkii-sama said:

it is just a simple file called "Province" (cvs extension?) to be placed in the "...../WATKABAOI/db/" folder.
this must be done by EVERYONE as to avoid any game delays based on " version does not coresspond" error when joining mp.
of course, NOT YET, since this only starts happening just before 1800's time frame... and from my understanding from "cool-toxic" it has something to do with the "ownership" of the "white sea".martmol said:
