Well, I put loansize = 200d.

I added nations and provs in every corner of the world ...

It would be great if people would report bugs, and also if you would write if Venice is colonizing, because i have had this problem before so if it still happens i have to make some bigger changes, for now i changed the AI.


Btw, most of the colonial powers got about 6-8 AI's depending on the time, so they colonize more historical, or that is what is intented.

Just to show the Spanish AI, note the english AI in this screenie was not fixed.
As you can see Haiti is uncolonized and ready for French interaction.:)

AI's done for the colonial powers, including Belgium, Italy and Germany/Prussia.
