Hi...
Can you put PERMANENT Casus Belli on every non cristian nation in the Portuguese Sphere of Influence ToT like Spain has?
When the Otomans conquer Constantinopla (BYZ) you could put Permanent Casus Belli for every Cristian nation against the Turks. Attacking the Otomans
and vice-versa would not affect stability.
Can you put PERMANENT Casus Belli on every non cristian nation in the Portuguese Sphere of Influence ToT like Spain has? And you should lower man power in the colonies. qhesm is a small island and have a Great man power?!! Only colonies with same religions and big pop should have good man power.
In 1500 the Portuguese have Almeida and Albuquerque and later Correos (it's probably Correia - don´t identify this fellow  ) and sometimes you cannot press cause of low stability.
You could also put Permanent Casus Belli in every Muslim Kingdom in Asia specially Guzarat (called Cambaia) and Atjeh - Great Enemies of the Portuguese in Asia.
Just a curiosity: In the XVI century Lisbon received news from Goa in ONE year and from Malaca in TWO years ?!?! How can that would affect stability if they did not know that their Admirals were at war in Asia ?!?!
